Methods of payment
We accept personal checks, money orders and paypal.
Paypal allows you to use your credit or debit card in security, as your financial information will not be disclosed to us or anyone else outside the Paypal site. When you click on the piece of jewelry you wish to order, the Paypal shopping cart will open and direct you to the Paypal site to complete the transaction. Your order will be shipped the same or next business day that we receive the Paypal confirmation of payment.
If your country is not in the list that our Paypal shopping cart supports, please email us for a shipping quote and if you'd like to proceed with your purchase, we'll send you an invoice.
Although we prefer Paypal for its speed and security, we also accept personal checks and money orders. Please email us with your order and we will send you our address for you to make payment. Pieces paid for with money orders will be shipped the same or next business day. If you pay with a personal check, the piece(s) will be sent the same or next business day that the check clears.
Shipping
We ship our hair sticks and accessories within the USA and also internationally. Items in stock are dispatched immediately, the same or next business day of receipt of payment. If you order a piece which is out of stock we will contact you to advise on shipping times, but items should be dispatched within 10 days.
We offer flat-rate shipping - one rate, no matter how many items you buy!
USA and Canada - $5
International - $7
Orders are shipped by standard USPS shipping. If you would prefer us to ship with UPS or Fedex, this can also be arranged. Email us for a quote!
Please note that for international orders, you are responsible for any taxes and duties payable when your order enters your country. We will always complete customs forms truthfully, with the amount you paid for the items (excluding shipping costs).
If shipping to your country is not supported by our shopping cart, please email us with details of what you would like to purchase and the shipping destination.
Returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Art for Hair and enjoy wearing our jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can start the returns process. Please return pieces unused and with the packing slip, so we know who sent the package. If you wish to return an unused item and do not contact us within 10 days, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Replacements may be available if we have more pieces in stock, however since we make unique items in limited quantities, it may not be possible to ship an exact replacement. We will contact you to discuss replacement options if this occurs.
